Absolutely useless and cost me hundreds as I had to replace four tires at a proper dealership. Should’ve done it right in the first place. Suggest you do the same!
The manager Sergio is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met it shocks me that people like that are able to become a manager. He came into the conversation with an attitude because one of the employees called him last night asking a question and he said we needed come back the next day and ask him when he’s at work. They will not warranty your tires. They’ll look for any excuse, rotated too early or late, had someone else do it. When pressing Brian on why a rotation mattered for a road hazard warranty he stuck his finger at my face. The man shouldn’t work customer side… I’ll never return here…
