Long review....We had tires installed in August 2022. All went well. In April 2023 we got a flat on the rear driver side tire. Called and made an appointment for the next day at 11:00. Arrived for the appointment at 10:55 and there were no associates available. I used the QR code 3 times to call for an associate with none arriving. At 11:05 another gentlemen arrived and said he stopped by at 10:00 and was told to come back at 11:00. A second gentlemen arrived. In 2020 my new tires were incorrectly mounted and balanced at this location in Castle Rock causing a bad steering vibration. Went back and they re-balanced. The problem was less but still pretty bad. Took the car to a different Sam's Club and they discovered the old weights had never been removed when the new tires were mounted. They pulled off all the weights and rebalanced. That greatly improved things but there was still a slight vibration that wasn't there before, perhaps because they didn't do a full remount.
Angelina in the tire department was amazing. She also saved me money on installation by having me purchase the plus membership. I will be buying all my tires in the future from her!
Avoid this location for tires till they train the employees properly. 2.5 hours for a set of tires to be installed and I was the only customer there. At the end tires need to be reinstalled and rebalanced. The employee was honest that the weights could not be installed properly and upon inspection they fell off in the parking lot. I was given a $40 gift card for my time wasted but now I can't safely use the car and need to find a place to balance and install them.
