Horrible is an understatement!! Appt for new tires was at 8am but they didn’t even start until around 9:30. I finally checked to see if my vehicle was ready and it was but they had misplaced my key. They had given it to a different customer. They traced the key down and I finally left around 11:30. I will never come here for tire service again!!
Unfortunately, they took forever just to come to the front and assist us, and they still haven’t even started patching the tire. I’m currently trying to reach customer service to get my keys back, but I’m pretty sure that'll take another 45 minutes, too.
We purchased 4 tires a last week, then they called one hour before the appointment that was scheduled out a week in advance and told us they can not do it because of my vehicle type. I was then informed that I can come pick up the tires and go have them installed elsewhere but they will not transfer them to their other store that could do the install. What’s the point of offering the full service falsely in this case to turn around and have no sympathy for the customer who took an employee off early to go to the install and ... read more
