Staff are very nice and helpful. Service was scheduled and quick--45 minutes. Ordered tires online and was notified when they were there. Made appointment, went, got tires, left. Simple and easy. Manager was experienced and knew tires and balancing which is getting very rare. Solid experience. And, tires come with free lifetime rotation- nice!
Tire rotations are appointment only now. No reason to buy my tires at Sam's anymore since the convenience is gone
