Got home and discovered all four lugs on one tire were not even hand tight. I hadn't driven more than 20 miles. After I tightened them myself and went back for them to double check their work, they broke one of the lugs on the other side completely off. I had to schedule a repair at a different shop. They did pay for the damage, but not once did I get an apology for any of this hassle. They acted like l should be grateful. I'm not a fan of causing a stink in public, so I'm leaving my criticism here. Do not recommend.
Bought a battery here which failed under warranty. Had to wait over 2 hrs for their equipment to test the battery before I could get the free replacement. There is no seating available for customers waiting for battery or tire service, so you are forced to stand or walk around the shopping floor. Additionally, you MUST have your purchase receipt. However. customer service may be able to assist locating the battery purchase. I suppose you could drop off the battery and come back later after the test completes. Not happy.
Do not come here unless you have a lot of time to waste and desire a bad service. I made a mistake of getting my tires here and have been regretting it. They broke the lugs on one of my wheels one time. There is no one at the counter and you are expected to wait a long time for someone to show and that is IF you know how to scan a QR code on the phone. Please go to Belle and Tire if you want a great service and great prices.
The the management is extremely rude. We've got tires from them a year ago and are now having issues. We will be switching our membership to Costco, I hear great things about them. So long Sam's club.
