They made me pre-pay, wanted to hold my keys for an appointment 2 hrs out, told me that they had to because it wasn't a scheduled appointment because it was same day even though I already paid. Ended up canceling and getting a refund and going to Discount Tires right down the street and saving $250 on what they were gonna charge me. Don't get your tires here.
Sam's has a great price on tires, and the staff did a great job installing and balancing my tires. They got started on time and had me out of there with 4 new tires and tire pressure sensors within a few hours. When I purchased the tires online, I didn't see an option to replace the tire pressure sensors. Fortunately, there was no one behind me for another appointment, so they upcharged me around $180-200 to replace the 4 sensors and respective valves.
