Update 12/8/2025: Josh Chance from Sam’s club did a phenomenal job helping us through the incident. We received a full recovery and of damages thanks to his persistent help. Horrible appointment on Friday 10/24/2025. My wife spent three hours here, and then they sent here on here way with only 18 of her 20 lug nuts attached to the car. The techs snapped a stud off and stripped another. They damaged every one of the wheels on this by allowing the socket on the impact to make contact with the wheel. DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible appointment on Friday 10/24/2025. My wife spent three hours here, and then they sent here on here way with only 18 of her 20 lug nuts attached to the car. The techs snapped a stud off and stripped another. They damaged every one of the wheels on this by allowing the socket on the impact to make contact with the wheel. What should have been a simple tire change will now turn into a trip to the dealership for repairs and battle to get our money back from this place. Absolutely infuriating.
To start a tire install shouldn't take an hour and a half. Second the tires should not be 15# under on psi and third they should not put hammer on wheel weights on the outside of nice wheels.... Maybe next time they should just let me do it myself so I know it's done right
