Tire shop is down right terrible joke, get new staff and “manager” they never answer the phone and every time i go there they just act like they working your sales are down because they just do not care

I changed my all 4 tires 1and half year ago warranty about 4 years,one of my tire got flat spot and they don’t want to take care the lady she is a manager of tires department she said your problem is mechanical go to your mechanic my mechanic said is problem is bad tire when I go back to club before I explain she said no you don’t rotate every 60000 miles she just wants argue and fight, I never recommend any buddy to go there please
