They screwed up my lug nut and had to cut the stud off. I had to go to my mechanic and get it fixed, another $80 later. Never went back to Sam’s Club and glad! One and only time that had ever happened of my 20 years of driving.
Total debacles.
The tire department did a terrific job..after I bent a rim...really helped me out...very professional and knowledgeable
