Friendly service staff that went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road
Tire & Battery is the absolute worst. They promise free tire repairs for members, but all they do is come up with excuses to avoid helping. First, they said, "You need new lug nuts, or we can't take your tire off..." Then, it was, "Your new lug nuts aren't right..." And finally, "Just go to Walmart to fix your tire..." Seriously? I pay my membership fee every year, and all they do is find ways to turn me away as a customer? Unbelievable.
You can't talk to anyone at the club closest to you. Indian call center answered, I'm driving on a near flat tire, just want to know if they have the size or of I need to keep limping it along. Won't tell me a thing without my member number. I'm driving, stressed, can't talk to the local person to see if they can help me. Very angry about the total lack of service. Never again.
