Asked to plug a hole in my full size spare and they badgered me about tread depth. They said they couldn't repair this tire that its not worth their time to keep a customer. This store is the reason why I'll be buying the equipment to do my own tires.
I like this Sam’s Club and have never had a problem with associates but I would rather pay more than go back to this tire center again. The customer service associate, Dale, was beyond rude and condescending. We had an appointment at 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:55 and he was just getting there. He acted totally inconvenienced that we were 5 minutes early. He mumbled the whole time. It is loud in the store and on top of that I’m hearing impaired.
