Ordered tires online and made appointment for a week out. Received email day before appointment that tires were in and ready to be installed. Showed up at appointment time and was in and out in under 40 minutes. Those working in auto department were friendly and helpful.
Before I purchased a new set of tires in January 2022, I had my car aligned. I regularly take my car in for the tires to be balanced and rotated to maintain the warranty. I ask every single time when I go to pick up my keys if everything looks normal and have been told all looks great. I recently went to TN and my dad thought my tire pressure looked low and told me to stop by the local Sam's Club Tire Center there. Do NOT buy your tires there. Before COVID, they were great. Now they NEVER answer their phone. EVER. Don't believe me, try calling for a quote or an appointment. I know for a fact that they aren't that busy. Customer service even tries to get them to pick up. I have been there first thing in the morning and they don't pick up. Go somewhere else.
