I got bought my tires here, & I just got them balanced & rotated for the first time! The workers could not have been more kind. The service was quick, easy, & well-done!!!!!
Was going to buy some tires and have them installed but no one was at the counter to help us. Waited for awhile and no one ever came. Lost my business. Thank you Pep Boys.
I can’t say for other reviews but I had good experience. Tommy was very helpful and answered all my questions whole heartedly. Went in for battery replacement and was out in 20 mins or so. You can enter tire enter from back door and they can also check starter / alternator using their new machine which is very nice
