I had a bad experience with them, they called me to come and install my tires, so I came around 3pm and it was a guy there eating pizza and he told me that he was short handed and couldn't help me that day and told me to come another day. So I did an appointment to come again, I came back and when they were removing the tires, they told me that they found a problem, a lug nut wasn't coming out and they couldn't take the tire out, how can you have a service installing tires and can't deal with common problems as a lug nut? Excuse me, but what time does the tire department close at? 3pm on the site it say 7pm . I went there for a flat tire and it was closed. So much for the warranty. Lazy people.

Your service advisor, ALEX, made my day what a wonderful person. Alex was professional, yet personable. I came in for a battery, and he found one of my tires had a nail in it and they fixed that. He also discovered that my windshield wipers were completely worn, and a strip was falling off; so,not only did he replace them, but there was no charge for installation and the price for the new wiper bladed were very inexpensive. I was very happy when I left. He made my day. Thank you.
