Hands down the worse experience ever with my tires. Despite all the other nonsense i went through i come back from walking around to get my car cause i see it sittin in the lot. NO cars in the shop. They tell me they are about to bring it in now. It's after 6. I dropped it off over an hour ago from my 5 oclock appt. 7 oclock and I am still waiting for my car, that I conveniently had to pay for in advance and they didnt even take the keys so I had to come back and say, dont you need these to get in the car? I went to sams regarding my tire warranty my card wasn’t activate. I already told guy name Michael. He wants to see my car and he checked out my car and agreed it will cover in warranty. After spending like 30 minutes. He said he can’t do anything. He doesn’t know what he was doing. I already explained the whole issue at the beginning.

I had a bad experience with them, they called me to come and install my tires, so I came around 3pm and it was a guy there eating pizza and he told me that he was short handed and couldn't help me that day and told me to come another day. So I did an appointment to come again, I came back and when they were removing the tires, they told me that they found a problem, a lug nut wasn't coming out and they couldn't take the tire out, how can you have a service installing tires and can't deal with common problems as a lug nut? Excuse me, but what time does the tire department close at? 3pm on the site it say 7pm . I went there for a flat tire and it was closed. So much for the warranty. Lazy people.
