Sams Club have the best stores but the worst customer service. I called three times and still couldn't reach tire and battery department.

Waited for 2 hrs after they make a mistake of order tires that they don’t have and have to re order different ones and take more the 3 hr to get my car in terrible service I will never came back her even if I’m a plus member…
Waited 30 minutes for someone to help us and no one showed up. This was an absolute waste of my time.
