I have been coming to Sam’s for a long time and I’ve never experienced good customer service in the tire center till today. Arielle was extremely friendly helpful and caring . The tech Milton in the back was very rude and unpleasant. If I had to come back here it will only be if Ms. Arielle is standing at the desk. Very amazing 5 stars for her
