The two people that helped me today at 12pm were very professional. Great customer service explained in detail about my tire situation. I greatly appreciated their help, I highly recommend this Sam’s Club location. I apologize I do not remember their names.
Don’t waste your time, workers are very lazy and unprofessional. Came to get a tire fixed, the service guy said the machine is broken, but I can look at it. Didn’t bother to put air or do anything else just sent us to another Sam’s. They’re definitively not customer centric.
Worst tire shop, don’t waste your time and money here. Those workers are extremely incompetent with ZERO skills. They are nasty, rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I can go on and on about all the negativities about those workers.
