I experienced superior customer service today at the Sam’s Club Tire & Battery Center as the result of Robert Hawkins! He went above and beyond to ensure my tire was fixed correctly, I’d give him 11 out of 5 stars ⭐️😁
So the negative is that you will probably have to wait longer than you're expecting to to get your service done. The positive is you're already at Sam's Club so you can do our shopping. On top of that the service is good and the prices are outstanding for members you can't beat this higher prices for my experience. If they just were able to service vehicles a bit quicker that would be nice.
