Had an 8am appointment for my tires, the person that was supposed to check me in ‘over slept’ I arrived at 7:55am and I they couldn’t take my car in until 8:45am. They called the front desk person severally but he never answered the phone and never showed up. I hope they fired whoever it is.Terrible, I will not be renewing my membership after this. I HAD TIRE WARNING. HELPED ME INSTANTLY.
I am a member from sams club, i made an appointment to have the tires of my car replaced, i got to the front desk and the guy in there did not even ask if i needed help, he looked like he didnt want to be there, until i asked him and started being rude.
