I am a member from sams club, i made an appointment to have the tires of my car replaced, i got to the front desk and the guy in there did not even ask if i needed help, he looked like he didnt want to be there, until i asked him and started being rude.

Had tires sold to me that weren't rated for my van. Was told they did and I purchased them on Saturday and had an appointment to put them on the following Tuesday. Get there at the time I was appointed and they took my keys to get my van on a lift. Get a call 15 minutes later asking me to come to the service desk. The technician who was working on my van seen that the tires that were sold to me didn't have the proper load rating, so the tires were unsafe for use on my vehicle. They will sell you tires fine, but when it comes to maintenance they will come up with all kind of excuses not to rotate them or balance them. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Hire some of the laziest and full of excuses kind of employees.
