Had an 8am appointment for my tires, the person that was supposed to check me in ‘over slept’ I arrived at 7:55am and I they couldn’t take my car in until 8:45am. They called the front desk person severally but he never answered the phone and never showed up. I hope they fired whoever it is.Terrible, I will not be renewing my membership after this. I already didn’t have a good experience with my brand new tires. This is the 3rd appointment I had to make because the tires keep loosing air. The technicians are unqualified, the... read more
