Laziest bunch of bums I ever saw.
I was hung up on four×1 time placed on hold for 15 minutes asking a simple question about my tires. Can they rotate and balance them then I called customer service who told me they could not help me because someone might be working on a car so they can’t answer. I’ll just have to call back later when they’re not working on a car we’ll figure that one out.
Lack of training. There should not be a reason why they don't feel comfortable doing tire service on EVs, tesla to be exact. I had to drive to BJs on 5th street, they have their own pucks to lift the car and the guy was very confident which made me feel comfortable going there. I am very disappointed that sams club is limited to working on EVs
Unsatisfied. Had a screw in the middle of my tire and they would not patch it. Tried to sell me a new tire. I will not be doing business in the tire department anymore.
First claimed they could put a battery into a car. But they sold us the wrong battery and charged us for the core.
