Took off a bunch of plastic and screws to get to battery and never put it back on. Bought back and was told they don’t have them I’d have to go buy them to be reimbursed.

Laziest bunch of bums I ever saw.
I was hung up on four×1 time placed on hold for 15 minutes asking a simple question about my tires. Can they rotate and balance them then I called customer service who told me they could not help me because someone might be working on a car so they can’t answer. I’ll just have to call back later when they’re not working on a car we’ll figure that one out.
Lack of training. There should not be a reason why they don't feel comfortable doing tire service on EVs, tesla to be exact. I had to drive to BJs on 5th street, they have their own pucks to lift the car and the guy was very confident which made me feel comfortable going there. I am very disappointed that sams club is limited to working on EVs
