I booked a headlight restoration service and dropped off my car. After handing over the key, I received a call saying Moosa was out due to a family emergency. Later, they admitted that Moosa wasn’t working that day at all, and no one else could perform the service. The experience was unpredictable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t return.
I got my tires through the Sam's website so I was trying to reap the benefits of free tire rotation/balance. I went in a week ago and set an appt for 11am. When I returned the next day for the appt was told it would take 2hrs which is ridiculous for a rotation with an appt! I couldn't wait that long so I canceled the appt. KJ that set the appt the day before was cool, but the older mechanic guy acted like he didn't want to do any work anyway so it was easy for me to walk away. Never updated me on my car. It was done for a while and I have to go look for it myself to get it back. Service was very slow. Would not come back for tire service again
