Sam’s Club Tire and Battery has done a good job of taking care of my tire needs. They sell good tires and they install them properly. They fix flats well and quickly. They have always been personable and easy to do business with. They have a lot of business queued up so you need to be patient and make a reservation about a week in advance. The service takes about an hour so you can do your shopping at Sam’s while they work on your vehicle.

Worst place ever for tires. They won’t respond to your claims. I had tires from them, there was a bubble in a tire, I asked them several times to see, but they didn’t. Now, My tire burst on the road. I won’t recommend their service ever.

Were you thinking about taking a warranty into account when making a Sam’s automotive battery purchase? Please don’t. I’m sure the employees are only following a protocol but expect them to string you along until your warranty expires. Expect them to waste 3-4 hours of your time recharging your battery. While that’s happening expect them to first tell you to come back in 15 minutes. When you do expect them to tell you to come back in an hour.
