I’ve been going to the Sam’s Club for probably eight years now and this tire and battery department is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is awesome other times you’re waiting for someone to even acknowledge you exist. Their focus is the bays instead of the counter. I think a service bell that rings in the bays would help the counter service out and make people feel seen/heard. Otherwise you sit and wait until someone from the bay looks inside to see you standing there waiting to get a battery.

Where do I begin?! I will start off by stating four of the five separate interactions with Sam’s Club Tire department were consistently poor. The tire purchase was handled well but the 4 separate visits (install, pick up, repair & pick up) were nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As another reviewer mentioned the guys doing the tire installation and repairs are horribly inept at customer service and efficiently doing the work.
