Called tire and battery to find out if they had a certain item in stock but they were closed a hour before the posted online time
I needed to get 4 tires and the price was excellent. I think I paid something like 410 for all 4 vs 380 per tire are my dealership. So the price was great. The reason I'm giving one star is because when I got my car back after the tires were replaced my rims were scratched. Noticably. 2 of the 4. So much so that I had to say something and the first person who I spoke to looked at the rims and said (I'm using quotes intentionally) "well I didn't touch that car" and walked off. That is obviously a useless answer, not helpful, ... read more
I was told on Sunday to come back Wednesday to have my tire replaced. Today is Wednesday and no one answers. Phone rings until it doesn't... I'll go to Pep Boys.
