Wanted to make appt on line to fix a flat. First I couldn't find your appt app anywhere. Then the Internet stated that I can't make flat repair appts online, it's first come first serve; however, last time I had a flat while on the road and went to Sam's I was told I needed an appt. Get your act straight.
Couldn’t diagnose or even attempt to troubleshoot my cars message saying to “check TPMS.” Technician informed me that all the sensors were full battery, but it was still throwing a message. I brought my car to a different place the same day and they were able to diagnose the root issue (replacing a bad sensor in one of the wheels) and fix it. I only added an additional star to this review because the price was the cheapest in the area.
As a member of Sam’s Club, I I purchased tires and they were installed. They were very helpful and they did an excellent job with insulation. They were all very very helpful and did a great job of checking my vehicle to make sure that everything was up-to-date and in good condition before you let my car go, I recommend anyone to go here to get their tires. They also provide service for batteries good job Sam’s Club. I just wish I had more locations because there’s only like one in Richmond and they don’t have any locations i... read more
