Always a hassle to get my tires rotated here. Had an appointment and my car wasn't pulled into the garage until 40 minutes into my appointment. Service is always so slow. And it is a headache to schedule an appointment usually a week or more out.

They never have my appointment. The guy claims that I need to call them directly but when I do their system transfers me to some place in India to set the schedule and it never makes it to them. They are slow as hell. I had 1st appointment in the am for 1 tires to be replace as a warranty. Tire came in a few days ago and just the 1 tire took over an hour. Save yourself a headache and go to discount. I will never come here for tires again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone!!! Horrible un professional at the tires department! I was come in for news tires around 4pm, the old guy was very rude! And he told me I can pick up at 7pm. I come back at 6:45pm to check out and he told me I have to wait for 1 more hours. If I don’t want to wait I have to come back don’t waste his time. He doesn’t care about that. Very mean and rude!!!
