I want to write this to thank Melvin. Although I wasn't able to get my tire fixed due to over tighten wheels and older tires. He was very straight forward. He was able to squeeze me in within less than 24hrs. Overall he's a great rep for Sams Club

I would not recommend this location to anyone- not only are the employees rude and unprofessional- Ed & his team LEFT AN OLD TPMS SENSOR IN MY TIRE, wrecking the tpms sensor causing me to have to pay for their mess up. Do better sams club tire. And when you make a complaint to cooperate, they do NOT call you back or return any messages! Thank you to the surprise location for doing their job correctly and providing the best customer service.

Spent $1400 on Michelin PS4S. Tires were overinflated by nearly 10 PSI and they lost one of my air valve stem caps. Thankfully it’s all easy fixes but they also only have 1 job yet choose to do it mediocrely.

Melvin is absolutely one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful employees I have ever met. He was AWFUL so rude and when you tell him an apology is owed he storms off like a child after saying oh this is how you want to do it. He treats customers with the upmost disrespect. Due to Melvin’s attitude I will steer everyone I know away from this place and take their business elsewhere. No one deserves the disrespect Melvin provides and the management allows that behavior. It’s disgusting customer service.
