I had a great experience at the Sam’s Club tire service center. Kris, the employee who helped me, was professional, friendly, and very detail-minded. He took the time to inspect each of my tires thoroughly and provided helpful advice and remarks. I really appreciated his reminders and excellent customer service. What's the point in purchasing your roadside warranty if you have to make an appointment that's 1-2 weeks out??? This makes absolutely no sense. We come in today because my MIL car has a nail in it. We walk in at 11:38am and the guy tries to turn us away saying he has an appointment coming in at noon. What??? And the next available appointment wouldn't be until November 13th.... So at Sam's Club you expect everyone to wait over a week to use their warranty??? Don't waste your time here, go somewhere that values their custome... read more
