Do not recommend taking your car here. Came out with more problems and they don’t even check anything correctly
I feel bad for the employees that have to put up with customers (like me) angry at corporate issues. "Sir, the tires are here, it's your appointment time, but I can't sell you the tires because the system thinks they're not here yet." -Ok, get the manager to override it. "It can't be done, it's impossible. Your only option is to reschedule for a future date and hope the system catches up by then." No, I have one more option-- cancel my order and I'll get my tires elsewhere.
Charged us $600 and waited 3 hours only for them to say that their air compression was broken. Then we rescheduled for another day and they cancelled the appointment again the morning of. Have been trying to get a refund for multiple days but no one will answer the phone. The Wesley Chapel Sams club is great and ended up getting our tires done there.
