I love SAMS, always find what I need.
Pulled into the Sam's Club lot today and notice I had a flat tire. Went up the automotive center and there was nobody there to assist. Finally one of the associates showed me a green button to push. There is nothing there to show to press that button. When the technician finally showed at the desk totally unsympathetic to my issue and told me I would have to wait 5 hours to get this tire fixed.
