Unorganized. Booked an appointment for 10am but still had to wait 50 minutes before they even took the truck back to get looked at. Rude customer service

Took my car for a tire inspection(leak check), according to them they removed and checked all 4 tires in LESS THAN 12 MINUTES, as if, it took them more than 20 to just come to the desk and hand me the key to my car, but it only took them less than 12 to complete a tire inspection, unbelievable, very disappointed.
