Took my car for a tire inspection(leak check), according to them they removed and checked all 4 tires in LESS THAN 12 MINUTES, as if, it took them more than 20 to just come to the desk and hand me the key to my car, but it only took them less than 12 to complete a tire inspection, unbelievable, very disappointed.
1) The online system was not updated to indicate that my tires were available at the Humble location. 2) There was no verification of a qualified technician’s availability to service electric vehicles when I made my appointment. 3) The representative incorrectly stated that no service had been performed on my electric vehicle, despite having previously changed its tires twice. 4) I was advised to speak with the manager about the installation, which raises concerns about how to find qualified technicians for electric vehicle ... read more
