They replaced my battery and didn’t replace all the nuts on the battery fuse box. This caused my car to malfunction while driving. I called, they said there was nothing they could do. I could come up there and speak to a manager. I asked to be transferred to a manager( i can’t drive they messed my car up) and they hung up on me. I will escalate.
