I ordered and paid for 4 new tires in January. Two weeks later I was notified via the app that the tires had arrived. My husband called and they told him that actually only one tire had arrived, but they were confident all 4 tires would be there by the time of my appointment. We trusted this information and booked an 8am appointment for a week later to have them installed. Atrocious customer service at the Garland tire center. I interacted with 5 employees trying to get new tries installed on my car. My interactions with 4 were OK, the 5th not so much. I had an original appointment for Sunday May 8, 10 AM for install. I arrive and was told the tires had not been shipped to the store. Was told that it may be Monday or Tuesday when they would arrive. Went in last night for a tire rotation appointment. I was scheduled at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:35, I knew I was early but the employees were outside cleaning up they had no other car at the shop. Took 45mns for me to get my car back and thats probably only because I came to see what the status was. No one was working on my car and as soon as they saw me two employees went towards my car.
