I ran over a nail and got a flat from it. Went to Sam’s Sunday afternoon (walk-in) and they fixed my tire in 30 min for free. Amazing

From start to end I did not experience good service at this Sam’s Club. I’d recommend other Sam’s locations. I went to this spot to get new tires with installation. Issues I encountered: - When I bought my tires, they never showed up in app. - I received zero notification of my ordered tires arriving at the store or any prompting to schedule service. I went there over the weekend just to price some tires and set an appointment for maybe later that week. When I arrived I was greeted by Juan in the tire dept, who was incredibly kind and provided the best customer service. He was very knowledgeable and provided good tips on information that I was unaware of. I ended up purchasing the tires the same day and he was able to work me in and get me out there within an hour.
