From start to end I did not experience good service at this Sam’s Club. I’d recommend other Sam’s locations. I went to this spot to get new tires with installation. Issues I encountered: - When I bought my tires, they never showed up in app. - I received zero notification of my ordered tires arriving at the store or any prompting to schedule service. I went there over the weekend just to price some tires and set an appointment for maybe later that week. When I arrived I was greeted by Juan in the tire dept, who was incredibly kind and provided the best customer service. He was very knowledgeable and provided good tips on information that I was unaware of. I ended up purchasing the tires the same day and he was able to work me in and get me out there within an hour. I really enjoy Sam's. However no one ever answers the phone. This is such an inconvenience for customers who have questions i.e. I called to find out if I left my license there. Making unnecessary trips is not cool.
Shoutout to the amazing workers of Sams Club Tire & Battery for getting my tire installed in the midst of a snow storm just before Christmas just before they were about to close. I appreciate it and I’m able to travel to my loved ones. I called all other places like Dobbs and Telle Tire but they all said no and they were over booked. Thanks again.
