We got a flat while traveling and came through this location to get our tire fixed. Don and the team fit us in, staying late to help us get on our way!!! I'm so thankful.
Sam’s Club has a policy that completely ropes off the Automotive (Tire and Battery) department. You aren't allowed to browse the products; you can only speak with an associate. This makes it impossible to actually see or compare tires before buying. I’m not sure how they expect to drive sales or engagement when customers can't even look at what they’re buying. Awesome experience! They got all four of my new tires installed the same day, and everything was super quick and easy. 🚗 The only small downside was having to go somewhere else for an alignment since they don’t offer it, but overall it was a great experience! 👍
Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. I had a 3 PM appointment, arrived on time, and still waited until 7 PM for tire installation. No respect for customers’ schedules. Never returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.
