Awesome experience! They got all four of my new tires installed the same day, and everything was super quick and easy. 🚗 The only small downside was having to go somewhere else for an alignment since they don’t offer it, but overall it was a great experience! 👍
Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. I had a 3 PM appointment, arrived on time, and still waited until 7 PM for tire installation. No respect for customers’ schedules. Never returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible experience, I scheduled an appointment and I spent 2 hours for replacement just a new tire that I bought in Sam’s club, no one gave a good reason why it was taking so long.
Really slow. I scheduled a 10 o'clock appointment on a Saturday for the new tire installation. It took more than 2 and half hours and still hadn't finished. The solace was the manager saw the situation. She brought me a free pizza meal
