Sam's club is a friendly fun place to work..the management helps to collage student get the hours that they need, for their school schedules and work schedules..the employees are friendly and fun to work with.. come join us
Went to look at the new Samsung S9 that we received a email from Sams. But the employees were too busy talking behind the jewelry department as they kept on looking at us. Sorry to bother you. When they decided to help us they said they had no info. when signs were up introducing S9 with pricing and rebate. And pre-order. I guess we'll have to pass on that since the employees are too busy avoiding customers.
I can usually find what I am looking for and it is nice when they have deals on certain products!
Customer service has room for improvement, especially toward minorities. Have had mostly good shopping experiences, but there are a couple clerks who are jerks. Also noticed the same with workers giving out samples.
