I purchased my tires at Sam's Club and I have a lifetime rotation and balance on the tires. They could not get me in last week because they were booked up. They can't get me in today or tomorrow because they are booked up. Obviously I should have gotten my tires somewhere else.

I bought tires there about 2 years ago always have great service and friendly service sometimes they are a little slow if they are backed up overall good service
Currently at sams club trying to get tires for car. Employees are very lazy and rude and they try to discourage you by coming up with every excuse in the book. They just don't appreciate their jobs and don't want to work. They try to get you to go somewhere else for tires. They are so rude and very lazy. Spent about 30min trying to pay for the tires because 3 different people were sending me to different places in the store and now I have to wait 2 hours before it is done.
