They are pleasant & friendly in Battle Creek, booking to get your Vehicle in is easy. I’m giving 2 stars because I bought 4 brand new tires in March 2025 and had them installed here, June 2026 one of my tires was completely bald I took it into Sam’s as it should be under warranty, they told me it was a mechanical issue and I need to go to a mechanic as they won’t replace the tire. I bought four new tires had them installed. Tires keep losing pressure I've had them into the shop at least five times I have also put air in them myself approximately five times since I have had the tires. The tire center just doesn't want to deal with the problem and I am having a hard time even getting them to pump up my tires.
The mechanic was really helpful because he showed me which tires actually needed to be changed. I didn’t have to waste extra money replacing good tires, S-tier service!
My money is not good here or service sucks because I’m not black?
It would be nice if they have a aire pressure check station ⛽
