Amazing customer service, rechecked my tire tread from what discount tire said, they are more accurate. Tanner came out to my car to check as well. Jason is awesome inside. They make u feel a lot more safer and not stressed out about driving. They want to give you the best deal

I had a rough Sunday with getting a flat on my way to Lansing from Jackson. I throw on the spare and headed to Sam’s once I was done with my business. They got me right in and taken care of. Daniel was especially helpful, not only was he very polite and helpful. But he also explained some future issues he saw on the horizon all without being pushy or trying to pressure me into buying new tires that very moment. He was awesome!
