I’ve made multiple appointments to get my tire sensors replaced and each time they have called me less than an hour before my appointment to tell me they don’t have the sensors in stock and they don’t know when they will have them. When I would call to make the appointment, they said they had them in stock. The lady who calls to tell me that my appointment has been canceled, has hung up on me twice when I would ask about the discrepancies.
The service department was kind to my mom, but they forgot to put her spare tire back in place under the car(left in trunk). Store manager, Devane, helped us immediately upon hearing of the oversight so we didn't have to wait 2 hours. Thank you.
Great place to buy tires get oil or even shop I promise you want be disappointed. I like coming here to by boxes of stuff,that way it last a long time ⌛️ You can save money Then go to Walmart to get stuff you haven't bought from Sam's. Then you can have a peace of mind
