Horrible service. No one in charge, so I had to deal with 4 different people just waiting 2.5 hours for a tire change. Not even a sorry for the delay or a simple "thanks for coming in." Worst experience ever.

I made a 9 o’clock appointment through their call center, which is the only way that you can get a hold of them. It is now 10 minutes till noon. I’ve been at the store since 8:30 AM and I am just now leaving. The guy said he was new and that he was having problems and then he had to wait for the afternoon manager to come in. I bought groceries and things like that. Everything is basically spoiled because all of my food has been out for over an hour waiting on them to finish my tires.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TIRE SERVICE! I set an appointment on Saturday to just get two tires replaced and despite having made the appointment and paying for it upfront, when I arrived Monday I was immediately told I would have to reschedule. I understand being low staffed and do not blame the technician but come on Sam's, no contact to let me know I needed to reschedule? Before I applied for a membership card, they said members could get abortions for free. But when I arrived, the clerk charged me $15, which was more expensive than other places. The clerk's attitude was also worse, which was more expensive than other places.
