Never got my tires after a month of waiting and multiple appointments. Tires even arrived according to Sam's club but associate could not find them. Phone customer service was unhelpful. They have no way to check whwre the delivery is. Don't recommend going here at all.
Crap. Bad time estimates, rude when you’re not happy with their lies. Also I literally told the guy no about putting on my spare tire and he immediately did it anyway. It would’ve been fine til I got to a different shop not that it’s his business, but it’s the type of guys that think they know better than women working here.
Understaffed exacerbated because u can't check out your battery at checkout.
