Very informative and professional
I have horror stories from other pharmacies I've used, but the Sam's Club Pharmacy in Quincy, IL is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Nick V, one of the pharmacists, literally remembers my name and my family members without me having to say it. Their customer service and rapport is top notch. When I am told my medicine is ready, it is, unlike other pharmacies that notify you that your meds are ready for pickup, only to find out you are still waiting. This place used to be my go to but now that they have done a whole lot of staff changes it has gone downhill. Sad because this used to be a best place in town
