Sam's Club Pharmacy's customer service definitely needs work. I waited for over an hour, checked on my order twice, and was finally told that they don't have the medication in stock. After questioning why they couldn't have told me that sooner, some man told me that the process sometimes takes that long or longer. So if I hadn't checked twice, would I still be waiting? It's ridiculous to expect people to wait that long, or even longer to be told they don't have it in stock. And then not even sc apology. I will ... read more
