Love the staff...
I don't leave too many reviews but when a person or business exceeds my expectations, I feel it is necessary to let it be known. I have been going to Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon for years. I can only speak about my own experience but it seems as though when dealing with some doctors offices, pharmacies, insurance companies, etc, I am treated like a number and not a human. I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years. Jemye is always very pleasant and has excellent customer service. She gave my vaccines with lots of information. The pharmacy tech. Meriam and Stephanie, both are very nice too. So far I have no problem dealing with the staff. They always make an effort to get refills for my maintenance meds. Thank you very much Sam's club pharmacy staff.
Unfortunately this Pharmacy missed the mark on customer service. Raced over to get RX after being told multiple times the medications could be shipped. We picked up what we could and I requested the remaining to be shipped so I didn’t have to make the long drive over again the following day. Only to be told NOW, the remaining couldn’t be shipped.
