If price gouging is illegal, then shouldn't supply hoarding also be??? The Sam's Clubs in Florida have put a 2 case limit per member, and have people lining up at 5am for a 7am open, in which they've been selling out within the first hour! I saw a truck arrive this evening around 7pm when I went to check on their supply, so I drove to the back and asked a driver if he had waters on his truck.
