Great customer service
This is the best pharmacy staff! The Castle Rock CVS locations are… to put it mildly… lacking. I transferred my prescriptions to this Sam’s and WOW - what a difference! They’re quick, and rather than telling me I had to come back after their lunch they put a rush on my script and filled it on the spot. They’re friendly, helpful, and all-around kind and happy people. Every experience is awesome here. Special shout out to Scott!
They are so helpful and responsive to one’s needs. Great staff and customer service. I had so much trouble with the Sam’s Club pharmacy on Park Meadows Dr and this pharmacy resolved that issue quickly and in a great manner.
