Awesome staff. Prompt and courteous service.
Yesterday I needed 2 prescriptions for my dog. I live in Virginia and had to come to Mississippi on short notice so I got my vet to write me the prescriptions my dog needed. Could have purchased from my vet but much more expensive there. Anyway I called the pharmacy at the Pearl Sams Club and was told they would have to order the drugs and they had to have the written prescription before hand. That would be a 100 mile round trip. Most incompetent pharmacy employees ever! Who has the right to cancel a prescription without telling you? No one. Totally shocked at the lack management of a transfer prescription of Brevecto. I can't even give 1 star it was such a shocking experience Tuesday afternoon. Please get employees who want to serve the customer and not just stand there not knowing what to do.
