I’ve been shopping at this store for years and, having temporarily had a Costco membership as well, I can say that it’s much better to shop at Sam’s Club. The customer vibe here is a lot more friendly than other places. The staff are also very helpful if called upon. The technology at this store makes it better than any other place that I’ve been. Been trying to run my pet insurance for my dogs medication. None of the employees have done it for me. They say they don't take it. I call the pet insurance company and they say that I have to full the meds at Sam's club? Waste of time and they are not helpful at all
