Pharmacist just said, “I am Sam’s Club,” when I asked how I could pass along feedback on gaps in their automated system. I’ve spent about 2 hours on the phone trying to solve what is turning into a medication crisis due to the gaps in their patient care.
Very helpful. Remembers regular customers, helps with scheduling immunizations, provides information about when/if a medication will be available.
Slow...I call and ask if order is ready... Not ready when I arrive and I have to wait: (
Editing to add and change my rate to one star regarding my four Rxs which were prescribed yesterday by Urgent Care doctor because I am very sick with severe bronchitis. One of them was a medication with codeine to help me with severe caugh. Other meds including steroid, antibiotic, aerosol also were strong and very important to start asap. I was waiting all day today for pharmacy text that my Rxs are ready to pick up. I did not get any notification so I called them before day ends.
