Pharmacist was rude and would not explain why my rx was so expensive for a generic. I work in healthcare and insurance billing and this is unacceptable. I was excited to switch my prescriptions over, I will not be renewing my membership now. The rx was also ready for pick up for several days and no one contacted me. I would not recommend this pharmacy, they will overcharge you and not answer any questions.
Nick in the pharmacy provides exceptional customer service. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and always makes you feel welcome—not rushed or like an inconvenience. If you value great service and integrity, I highly recommend seeing Nick at this Sam’s Club pharmacy.
I have nothing but great things to say about pharmacists Chole and pharmacy technician Melanie. Both have gone over and beyond to help my beautiful wife and I. Both of them deserve a huge raise and to be honest I will definitely be happy driving to this pharmacy rather than walking down the street from my house to Walgreens. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people such as Chole and Melanie.
