Never updates prescription status online and you're lucky if they bother to call you when it's ready (if it ever is). Called them today because my toddlers medication has been "processing" for over a week. You will die of old age trying to get someone to pick up the main number. BECAUSE THEY NEVER EVER DO!!!!!!! You have to push the optical e dept and hope they pick up and have them transfer you. If that even works. It is a joke! Why even have it
